The results of the unknown tests were that the bacteria was:

Gram positive coccus.
Petri dish of the bacteria has an opaque golden color.
Beta hemolysis
Acid during manitol fermentation
Negative for endospore 
Negative for nitrate reduction
Acid for glucose fermentation
Negative for sucrose fermentation
Acid for lactose fermentation
Negative for starch hydrolysis
Negative for H2S Production
Negative for Urea
Negative for motility
Negative for citrate productoin
Negative for Oxidase
Positive for catalase
